Who we are
platform.theaiofficers.com is operated by Academy Printers Private Limited, trading as The AI Officer Network, Block B, Warden Court, August Kranti Marg, Mumbai 400026, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). GSTIN 27AACCA2755R2Z6. CIN U99999MH1997PTC105863. By creating an account or paying for a service, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
- A free readiness check and a company snapshot.
- Atlas Lite, a paid, remote, written map of AI possibilities for one company.
- Engagements with AI Officers, each governed by its own written agreement.
Prices are on our Pricing page. Training is offered separately by the AI Officer Academy. These terms do not cover it.
Accounts
You need an account to use the dashboard. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. The person who creates a company's account confirms they may act for that company. Tell us at hello@theaiofficers.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Atlas Lite: how an order works
- You ask for Atlas Lite from your dashboard. Nothing is payable at that point.
- We hold a 15-minute scoping call with you to confirm fit and scope.
- If it is a fit, we send a payment link. The fee is ₹1,00,000 plus 18% GST, ₹1,18,000 in total. The link stays open for 14 days and works only when you are signed in to your company's account.
- Work begins as soon as your payment is received. Nothing more is needed from you to start; as the work goes on we will ask your teams for the information the report is built on.
Atlas Lite is delivered in writing, through your dashboard and by email, normally within three weeks of payment. If it will take longer we tell you and give you a revised date. We may decline an order after the scoping call. If we do, nothing is charged.
Payments
Payments are collected by Academy Printers Private Limited through Razorpay, by card, UPI or net banking. We never receive or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. After you pay for Atlas Lite you receive a receipt note by email and on your dashboard; your official invoice and receipt are sent separately. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
What you give us
Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it to deliver the service you asked for.
What we give you
The report we write is yours. You may use and share it within your company and with your professional advisers. You may not resell or publish it. The 4D Framework, the Atlas structure, our methods, templates and the platform itself remain ours.
What Atlas Lite is, and is not
Atlas Lite is an informed, written view based on what your teams tell us and what we can observe. It is not a guarantee of results, and it is not legal, financial or regulatory advice. Decisions you take on it are yours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to access another company's data, to disrupt the service, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
If we end an engagement
We may end an engagement by writing to you, for example if we cannot get the access or information we need, or if continuing would put us in breach of a law or a professional obligation. If we end it for a reason that is ours and not caused by you, we refund the full amount. If we end it because you did not give us the access or information we need, because you broke these terms, or because something about your business or your instructions would put us in breach of a law or a professional obligation, we refund on the same scale as a cancellation by you, counted from the time you paid (see our Cancellation and Refund Policy).
Liability
We work to keep the platform accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a paid service is limited to the fee you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
Events outside our control
If something outside our reasonable control stops or delays us, for example a serious illness, a failure of a service we depend on, or a change in the law, we will tell you promptly and agree a new date with you. If it makes delivery impossible, we refund the full amount.
Complaints
Our Grievance Officer is Sannah Thakur. Write to sannah@theaiofficers.com or call +91 99308 31592. We acknowledge a complaint within one working day and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Full details are on our Contact Us page.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. An order already paid for stays on the terms in force when it was paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
