Shipping and Exchange Policy

Nothing is shipped

Everything we sell is a service delivered digitally. Nothing physical is sent, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses and no couriers.

How you receive it

• Atlas Lite: delivered in writing, through your dashboard and by email, normally within three weeks of payment. If it will take longer we tell you and give you a revised date.
• Company snapshot: on your dashboard once it has been approved and prepared.
• Receipt note: by email and on your dashboard after payment. Your official invoice and receipt are sent separately.

Exchanges

Because nothing physical is delivered, there is nothing to exchange. If what you received is not what was agreed, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy, or write to hello@theaiofficers.com and we will put it right.
